Rt. Hon. Lord Erroll, Member of the all party parliamentary group on cyber security, has advised banks on digital innovation and security. A programmer and system designer by trade, he sits as a crossbencher and usually speaks on matters relating to cybersecurity and information technology.

He was a member of the Science and Technology Committee and criticised Gordon Brown's government for what he said was a failure to curb cybercrime after four government agencies, including the Ministry of Defence and HM Revenue and Customs, reported massive losses of data in 2008. Most recently he was a member of the Information Committee from 2007 to 2012.

Professor Muhammad Farmer, the founder and CEO of Appbank, brings substantial knowledge of digital banking and has advised banks on cutting edge technology and security. He developed one of the first academic programmes for Islamic Finance at Masters level with Coventry University and has been working in the higher education sector since 1999.

As a consultant to major banks in the UK and Middle East, he supported the late Lord Sheikh of Cornhill in setting up the All Party Parliamentary Group Islamic Finance. His wider understanding of ethics, combined with experience in shariah compliant banking, has been instrumental in shaping Appbank's vision.

He has supported policy development in digital banking and has published numerous research articles on fintech and innovations in digital banking, contributing significantly to the field's advancement.

Russell Hornsby-Clifton brings extensive experience as the former Global Head of Compliance Policy for RBS Group, where he led the restructure of individual compliance policy support teams for seven businesses into one centralised global support model.

As the Regional Head of Compliance for EFG Private Bank in London, he successfully redesigned the organisational structure and culture of regional compliance after a £4.2m FCA fine. Following this achievement, he became CEO of EFG International's five wealth management entities in the Cayman Islands, managing a balance sheet of $10bn.

In this role, he reorganized the regionalised operational support model into a more vertical Cayman-focused model, while effectively resolving regulatory issues and returning the jurisdiction to profitability.

Jan Hundertpfund is a senior executive with 25 years of experience across financial services within Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays, GE Capital, Ernst & Young and recently UK SaaS FinTech.

He brings a deep understanding and practice of risk management and analytics, complemented by broad leadership experience and extensive digitisation and change expertise. His experience spans both growth and turn-around environments for start-ups, Small & Medium Sized Enterprises and large Financial Institutions.

Nina Amin, MBE is the Chair of the Investment Committee of the Unicorn Ascension Fund, which invests in UK-based startups looking to enter the Indian market. As an ex Partner of KPMG UK, one of the Big Four global professional services firms, she led their Asian Markets until January 2018.

With over 25 years of experience, Nina has provided commercial tax and financial advice across various areas including Corporate Governance, M&A transactions, due diligence, transfer pricing, reorganisations and financing. Her exceptional contributions were recognized with an MBE in 2013 in the Queen's Birthday Honours List.

Nina has achieved numerous accolades throughout her career and holds the distinction of being the first female President of TiE London, a global non-profit organisation supporting entrepreneurs across multiple geographies.

Waheed Qaiser is a renowned bank executive and chief strategist with four decades of proven successful track record in the Financial Services Industry. His expertise spans governance structures, risk management procedures, controls, and Global regulations.

His significant achievement includes leading the acquisition of the first Islamic retail banking License in 2004 through his interaction with FSA UK - a milestone as the first such license in a major Western Economy. As a founding member of the Bank of England working party, he successfully implemented a constitutional amendment in 2003 addressing double stamp duty.

Currently, Waheed's focus has shifted to Ethical Finance, where he is dedicated to developing appropriate structures to leverage opportunities in ESG/SDG and Net-Zero-Energy initiatives to transform economy of scale.

Anver Imam is an expert in digital banking platforms with extensive experience working with major banks on their banking applications and solutions. His notable achievement includes serving as a Digital Banking Project Director at HSBC, where he led significant technological initiatives.

As a Programme Director of Global Retail Bank, he successfully managed Online Investment Bank and Automated Supply Chain projects. His expertise extends to his work with Accenture as a Global Management Consultant, where he led several high-profile projects including:
